The HOPE Programme platform and its entire content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data) are owned by the Enugu State Government or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this platform without prior written consent from the Enugu State Government, except as expressly permitted for personal, non-commercial use.

4. User Accounts & Registration

Certain features of the platform may require account registration. When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Maintain and update your account information as necessary.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

The HOPE Programme platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Enugu State Government makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or data on the platform.
  • The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
  • The security of the platform against unauthorised access or cyber threats.
  • The suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

We strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information but do not guarantee the timeliness or completeness of any data published on the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Enugu State Government, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the HOPE Programme platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Enugu State, Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Enugu State.
